I thought I&#;d end with a round-up of the books I&#;ve read. Usually I&#;ll waffle on about goals etc, but I thought I&#;d keep it simple. At the commence of the year I planned to read an average of 1 manual a week, to attain a minimum of 52 books read by the end of the year, but I didn&#;t quite manage that. Still, I gave it my all!

They are mainly fiction, but there are a couple of non-fiction thrown in. I&#;m not including the books I just dip into for research etc. These are books I read cover to cover. Most of them, I highly recommend. There were a couple of disappointing ones here too, but I won&#;t tell you what I thought &#; reviews are necessarily subjective, and just because I didn&#;t take to a book, doesn&#;t mean you won&#;t love it and put it up there in your top ten.

In the first part of Bridgerton season 3, it&#;s quite clear she&#;s more interested in her piano than finding a husband (relatable, honestly). Not only that, but wondering if her love interest will diverge quite significantly from Julia Quinn&#;s cause material.

   Showrunner Jess Brownell has confirmed that there will be lgbtq+ love stories in the coming season of Netflix&#;s hit show, telling Refinery29, &#;I think this is a show about the many ways in which people love.    So What Exactly Is the Deal With Benedict’s Sexuality on &#;Bridgerton&#;?

   The Netflix adaptation of Bridgerton—soon to be counting three seasons—has made quite a bit of changes from Julia Quinn’s original period romance novels, as pretty much all adaptations are bound to do when bringing a story from one medium to another.

   Story beats have been shuffled around, new characters have been added, and the command in which each Bridgerton sibling finds their happily ever after has been altered.

   By now it’s good known that Colin and Penelope’s story, the subject of season 3, actually happens a lot later in the Bridgerton novels—and that after Daphne and Anthony, Benedict is the one who takes center stage to pursue his own love story in An Offer from a Gentleman. To quickly sum it up without giving too much of the plot away, he has a Cinderella-type romance with a mysterious woman named Sophie, whom he meets during a masquerade ball and whose identity remains hidden for quite some time.
