What are the most affordable, LGBTQ+ amiable cities in the Together States?
On this Queer Funds, we’re taking a rest from our usual glance at individual states. We wanted to share the the top 10 most affordable, LGBTQ+ friendly cities so far from the first 25 states we’ve covered from Montana to Wyoming.
All of these cities scored a 100 on the Human Rights Campaigns Municipal Equality Index.
So, for this list our concentrate is on the city-level cost of living, the US Census data on incomes and Zillow’s numbers on housing and rent prices.

Obergefell v. Hodges is a civil rights case in which the Supreme Court ruled that the fundamental right to unite is guaranteed to gay couples. Decided on June 26, 2015, Obergefell v. Hodges required all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and US territories to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples and recognize the marriages of same-sex couples on the same terms and conditions as opposite-sex marriages.
